We're looking for a skilled Creative Designer + Ad Specialist to lead the design and execution of a high-impact recruitment and B2B lead generation campaign targeting the NSW region.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design 3 high-converting Meta ad creatives for recruitment/labour hire

• Create 3 LinkedIn carousel or static visuals tailored for B2B audiences

• Assist in structuring and optimizing a recruitment-focused landing page (desktop & mobile)

• Format visuals for email marketing sequences and company brochures

• Ensure consistent brand usage (logo, colors, fonts) across all assets

• Upload final deliverables to SharePoint using our provided folder structure

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred):

• Visual animations (MP4/GIFs) for LinkedIn or Meta ads

• Canva/InDesign template creation for in-house use

• Light ad copywriting and formatting from provided content

• Mobile-first and conversion-optimized design best practices
