We’re on the lookout for a Creative Ads Designer who thrives in the world of short-form performance-driven video ads—especially for startups, mobile apps, and e-commerce brands. If you live and breathe ad creatives that convert, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design compelling short-form video ads (5s–15s) for:

• Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and programmatic display

• Create App Store & Google Play Store visual assets that stand out

• Adapt creatives across formats and aspect ratios for A/B testing

• Collaborate with media buyers and growth teams to iterate based on performance data

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to deliver quick-turnaround ad creatives (within 24 hours)

• 4+ years experience crafting high-performing paid media ads

• Strong portfolio of short-form video ads with measurable success

• Deep understanding of U.S. audiences and what drives conversions

• Experience working across B2B SaaS, mobile apps, and D2C e-commerce

• Hands-on collaboration with media buyers, marketers, or growth teams

• Bonus: Experience leveraging AI tools for creative acceleration

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:

• Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite

• Bonus tools: Runway, Pika, Kaiber, or any AI platform that boosts creative efficiency
